Order & Shipping

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 3 pm Eastern time are shipped the same day. We use FedEx Express shipping exclusively, which typically takes 1 to 2 business days for delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package’s progress

Keep in mind that the shipping timeframe provided is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delivery times may be influenced by weather and other external factors. Once your package leaves our shipping department, it is in the hands of the carrier, who will handle delivery based on various conditions, including weather.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your order! Here’s what to do if you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Check your tracking information:
    Verify the tracking details sent to you via email. If the status shows “Delivered,” please check around your property (including any safe places like porches or mailboxes) and ask neighbors if they might have received the package on your behalf.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier:
    If your package isn’t located, please reach out to FedEx, our shipping partner, as they can provide more detailed delivery information or assist with a claim if the package was lost in transit.
  3. Our Policy on Lost or Stolen Packages:
    - Orahhair is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
    - We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or theft.
    - If your package was insured and lost or stolen, we’ll work with you to file a claim and issue a replacement or refund as per the insurance terms.

Yes, you can change your order if the order status hasn't changed to fulfilled. You can make changes directly from the order status or thank you page, you can also log in into your account and in the order page you can press the Edit order if it is not fulfilled yet. Please note that our fulfillment process typically starts around 3 pm, which is also the cut-off time for same-day shipping. After this time, orders will be fulfilled and can no longer be modified.
