- No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for any purchases. - Free Returns Within 30 Days:
We offer free returns in the US within 30 days of purchase. The hair must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags and bindings intact. - Tools & Accessories:
Please note that all tools and accessories are final sale and non refundable including the Color Ring. - Condition of Returns:
Any hair that has been tampered with cannot be returned or refunded. Upon receiving your return, we will review and inspect the hair to ensure it is in its original condition and acceptable for return. If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you. - Refund Processing:
All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review is completed. Please allow some time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank's processing times. - Request a Return:
